Welcome to the homepage of Luther W. McGinty, P.E.

I am an accident reconstruction engineer.

I have 18 years of experience with engineering investigations and motor vehicle accident reconstructions. I have 17 years of experience as an engineering expert witness and I have testified in both state and federal courts in the southeastern area of the United States .

I began engineering investigations and Accident Reconstruction with Gottschalk Engineering, Inc. in 1987 in the Atlanta, Georgia area. McGinty Forensic Engineering, Inc. has been in business since 1998 and is operated from the mountains of North Georgia. Engineering assignments are negotiated on an individual case basis, and advanced tools and evidence preservation techniques are available as needed.
